1. To automatically and intelligently select the optimal cutting arrangement scheme for each part, the algorithm for all schemes adopts the latest research results of the Institute of Mathematics and Systems Science, Chinese Academy of Sciences.
2. On the right side of the cutting chart, the optimal tool insertion (material inspection) is automatically performed, providing the most economical pulling length for each part.
3. Automatic material calculation. The material calculation adopts a finite length algorithm that is suitable for actual production, that is, the system arranges the length of the material according to the user's supply, and then calculates the material. However, other software uses an infinite length algorithm, which only arranges the unit length (one yard or one meter), and then extends this result to the entire length, which is unreasonable.
4. The safety distance of the cutting blade around the contour of the discharge area can be partially set to zero, which can save more material, for example, for certain areas that climb to the sole of the shoe. The contour of the upper part of the shoe upper must have a safe distance, and the sole part can be zero.
5. Accurate material calculation and ordering, as long as there is segmented data, all numbers of materials can be calculated, so that the calculation results are more accurate. In the past, only single codes were counted and then expanded to other numbers, which was just an estimate. The system also provides a single code estimation function. The system provides five practical leather material calculation schemes.
6. It is allowed to set multi-layer cutting, and the system can automatically calculate the remaining amount of each piece during multi-layer cutting.
7. The same type only needs to be arranged once to automatically calculate the quantity of different production instructions for that type, improving production efficiency.
8. A clear cutting direction table with clear parameters provides cutting and cutting diagrams and parameters for each part, which can strictly control cutting, achieve transparent cutting management, and reduce human material waste.
9. The actual inspection form used for performance evaluation can compare the results of computer calculation and actual cutting to obtain the cutting achievement rate, thereby assessing the performance of cutting employees.
10. The system provides a combination cutting (insertion) function, which means that two pieces of the same material are optimized and combined before automatic intelligent optimal cutting.
11. The system can accurately input sharded data through convenient and fast automatic vectorization input of graphics, and can also read sharded graphics data into standard dxf data files.
12. All reports of the system can be transmitted to relevant departments via email, thereby saving office expenses, strengthening departmental communication, and improving office efficiency.
